The management team are complemented by the food and drink service team who are committed, friendly, smart, presentable, and professional. A fantastic group of people who when put together create a unique and personal team for each event – we only employ the best.

Our uniform is black, trousers, shirt, and charcoal bistro apron which we wear with a silk tie. We can match our ties with your colour scheme whatever it may be, a little touch which we think is important and our clients love!
